After more than four decades in chiropractic practice, Dr. Cyndy Shaft noticed a recurring pattern: chiropractors at every level — from new graduates to seasoned clinic owners — were craving guidance, but didn’t know where to start.
She created Coach Match System to bridge that gap. It’s a curated directory and matching quiz designed specifically for chiropractors, helping them discover coaches who align with their career stage, goals, and personal coaching stylee
Dr. Cyndy Shaft has practiced chiropractic care for over 43 years, working alongside three generations of chiropractors in her family. She is the founder of WomenChiropractors.org — a global nonprofit with more than 11,000 members — and has been featured on the cover of American Chiropractor Magazine.
Her passion is empowering chiropractors to build sustainable, balanced practices that reflect their purpose and lifestyle.
